These delicious whipped creams are great as toppings for sweets, pastries, and of course the traditional Valentine’s Day favorite, fresh strawberries.
Ingredients:
1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream
4 Ounces of Confectioners’ Sugar
2 Ounces of Your Favorite Liquor
Simple Directions:
In a mixer, combine heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar and mix on a high speed until stiff peaks form. Gently beat in liquor. Make sure not to over-beat, cream will then become lumpy and butter-like. Finish your whipped cream with a topping that is complimentary to whatever alcohol you use.
