We are unwinding from another fun-filled, busy weekend here at Zeffert and Gold Catering & Event Planning. We were fortunate for the sunny weather on Saturday, as we were catering events all over Maryland in some fantastic venues (Ten Oaks Ballroom, Brittland Manor, Historic London Town and Gardens, Evergreen Museum & Library, Top of the World Baltimore World Trade Center, and even under a tent at a private estate). To help you get through your Monday we are sharing some photos from one of our gorgeous wedding’s at Historic London Town and Gardens in Annapolis, Md. The lovely couple, Chris & Letti, took their guests on their love story throughout the wedding ceremony and reception. Adorable hand-written chalkboard signs with quotes from novels were used as part of the centerpieces on the guests’ tables, and spread throughout the reception. The couple also created an amazing family photo montage that was displayed on a rustic ladder that fit the theme perfectly. Craft beer, with labels that were personally-designed for the couple’s special day, was used as one of the wedding favors displayed on the guests table.
During cocktail hour, guests were able to mingle in the amazing setting and enjoy the views of the South River in Annapolis, Md., while enjoying an assortment of appetizers including scallops wrapped with bacon, Root Beer BBQ sliders, Chorizo & Caramelized Onion Grits, and Bang Bang Tacos with Miniature Margaritas. Chris & Letti even provided their guests with disposable cameras to play ‘I Spy, as a fun and helpful way to capture all of the wonderful moments throughout the reception. The night was topped off with a Deluxe Sundae Bar and a Coconut Caramel Wedding Cake that was made by the bride and her mother!
