Liriodendron Mansion is the perfect wedding venue for those looking for historic charm and beautiful canopied terraces surrounding the garden. For an inside affair, the Mansion offers multiple rooms for guest seating, a charming fireplace, beautiful hardwood floors and a grand staircase. Zeffert and Gold was glad to be apart of Erica and Teddy’s wedding ceremony and reception this past Saturday at Liriodendron Mansion.

Erica and Teddy were married on Liriodendron’s side portico surrounded by many family and friends. A short and sweet ceremony led to cocktail hour where appetizers and drinks were served. Guests dined on sweet and sour meatballs, hot Maryland crab dip, a bruschetta bazaar, and an assortment of colorful vegetables. Erica and Teddy offered their guests a signature blue mojito cocktail to sip on as well as a selection of their favorite beer and wine.

Kelly green and navy blue accented the reception areas with green and silver tea boxes laid on each place setting. Erica and Teddy had their first date at a tea shop so they felt it was a sentimental reminder of their love story. For dinner, a buffet was served with Teriyake Glazed Salmon with brown sugar caramelized onions and braised spinach and Chicken Marsala sautéed in sweet Marsala wine with sliced mushrooms. Main course dishes were accompanied by Triple Roast of Yukon Gold, Red Bliss, and Sweet Potatoes and Julienne style Zucchini, Yellow Squash and Carrots.

Family and friends then headed to the dance floor to celebrate the nuptials for the remainder of the night. Erica and Teddy left the party surrounded by loved ones ready to begin the next chapter of their lives. Thanks for letting us be apart of your special day Erica and Teddy! We wish you all the best!
