Aaron Gold
Aaron Gold, a partner in Zeffert & Gold, has served guests at many of the most elegant and historic venues in Baltimore and Washington for over 20 years. Aaron’s expertise is in the creation of eclectic and adventurous events and cuisine, skills he brings to the coordination of events for social and corporate clients.

Monroe Zeffert
Monroe Zeffert, a partner in Zeffert & Gold, has offered wonderful food and great service to his clients for over 25 years, developing a reputation for his exceptional ability to work with hosts to coordinate a successful event. Monroe is skilled in event planning and has knowledge of all the event locations in the Greater Baltimore-Washington area.

Iris Gold
Iris Gold joined the Zeffert & Gold team in 1991. Since that time, she has supervised production and directed kitchen staff. Currently she brings her expertise in menu development to her role as an event planner with the company.

Matthew Gold
Matthew has worked at Zeffert and Gold Catering for over 15 years. He has worked in all aspects of our business including the kitchen, menu creation, event management and event planning. He currently works as an event planner with many of our Baltimore locations and coordinates our marketing department.
Elaine Adler Liss
Elaine Adler Liss brings over 25 years of experience in event planning to Zeffert & Gold. Over the course of her long and distinguished career, Elaine has become known for her knowledge of event planning, her organizational prowess and her wonderful ideas for food and décor. She especially loves planning Bar and Bat Mitzvas and weddings, working with each client as if they were part of her own family.
Daniel Elardo
Daniel Elardo came to Zeffert & Gold as the Corporate Chef in 2001 after training at esteemed regional establishments including The Center Club, Harryman House, and Hamilton Street Club. Daniel supervises our purchasing and handles our new product introduction.
KC Kolarek
KC Kolarek began working with Zeffert and Gold Catering in July 2014, as an event designer. She graduated for Virginia Tech in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication. Prior to joining Zeffert and Gold Catering, KC worked at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, as a Marketing and Events intern for their Athletics Department; the Major League Baseball Alumni Association in Colorado Springs, Colorado; and several on-campus internships while at Virginia Tech.

KC is Zeffert and Gold’s Director of Staffing, Social Media Specialist, and the main author of the company’s blog.

Jessica Pasko
Jessica Pasko, an event designer with Zeffert & Gold, has worked in the hospitality industry since she was fifteen years old. With her years of experience in event planning and management, Jess brings an eye for detail and a passion for people. Her fresh ideas, creative event and menu design, and sparking personality are what clients love!
Justin Levin
Justin Levin, our Chef de Cuisine, brings extensive knowledge and experience to Zeffert & Gold. He has his Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management and Associates Degrees in Professional baking & Pastry and Professional Cooking from Baltimore International College. Justin has held positions as Chef de Partie at Allies Cabin in Beaver Creek, Executive Chef at Rolling Road Country Club, and Head Catering Chef at Linwood’s Restaurant of Owings Mills. In his down time, he enjoys spending time with his son and golfing.
