As Monday marked the end of summer, we wrapped up our summer wedding catering season this weekend with amazing events all over Baltimore at the American Visionary Art Museum, the 1840’s Ballroom, and Evergreen Carriage House. We love being able to offer so many beautiful examples of Baltimore City Wedding Catering. We wanted to share Crystal and Chike’s Baltimore City catered wedding at the Evergreen Carriage House. Crystal and Chike’s wedding ceremony took place in Evergreen’s stunning upper gardens. Both beautiful and serene, this Baltimore City outdoor wedding left guests wondering if they were really near a metropolitan city at all. After the ceremony, guests were invited to Evergreen’s Carriage House for an indoor cocktail hour. As guests entered Evergreen’s Carriage house, they saw the eloquent table settings under the gorgeous tent. Guests tables were lined with classic white table linens and navy blue napkins. The bride and groom requested their menu cards inside guests’ napkins, which added to the wedding table setting perfectly. With amazing centerpieces done by My Flower Box, guests were eager to see what was to unfold at this beautiful Baltimore City wedding catered reception.

Crystal and Chike had many guests traveling from out of state, and even internationally. We had Baltimore City Wedding catering seafood favorites to welcome guests like our shrimp and grits, bang bang shrimp taco, and crab macaroni and cheese. Of course we had alternative appetizers to seafood like our jerk chicken skewers with pineapple curry sauce and vegetarian potstickers with ginger soy sauce. After appetizers and drinks, guests were invited to their tables to enjoy their field greens salad with dried cranberries, crumbled feta cheese, toasted almonds and raspberry vinaigrette. During this first course, guests listened to Crystal and Chike’s family and friends give amazing speeches and toast to the lovely couple. Following speeches, guests were served their choice of baked chicken breast topped with garlic lemon sauce, seasoned tenderloin of beef served with Cabernet sauce, or a roasted vegetable napoleon with roasted red pepper sauce. Guests enjoyed the rest of the night dancing with Crystal and Chike. Thank you to the wonderful couple for letting us be a part of their special day!
